General Information

We work with print-on-demand drop shipping companies which allows us to ship worldwide without managing the inventory ourselves (please don’t ask us how that went when we attempted to launch our first clothing line out of our apartment in 2018 - clothes were eeeeeverywhere 😜). The drop shipment companies have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are and where the warehouse has the item in stock, your orders are freshly printed and shipped directly from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

Our store is print-on-demand, so unfortunately the inventory is completely out of our control. Oftentimes, things that are sold out will be restocked but if it's been sold out for over a month, then the item is most likely just not available for purchase in your country, because we have disabled overseas shipping. Reasons being:

  1. it's not economically justified to fly a few clothing items across the ocean
  2. it reduces the VAT tax that EU customers would need to pay (which can be more than the price of the products themselves) if they purchase things from a US warehouse
  3. the cost to ship it is around $15 per package and since we charge flat rate shipping, we lose $7-8 per order which obviously isn't good business for us 😜

Simply put, if you can't purchase an item because it's not in your country, then...bummer. This store is a work in progress and when we launch our own BnF clothing brand in the future, we will have multiple global warehouses with in-country stock. Until then, this is the best we can offer. 

If the print-on-demand company decides to discontinue a product, we will remove it from our store. 

We tried our best to stick with brands that are eco-friendly, certified GOTS ethical, and virtually zero waste. As this is our very first clothing line, you can imagine there is a LONG list of things that we already know need improvement and with sustainability and minimalism at the foundation of our beliefs, we know we have some work to do. We appreciate your patience as we figure it all out; we signed up to teach yoga and now we’re making shirts that say ‘engage the glutes’ due to high demand so it’s a learning process for us, too. 😜

We're currently working with a team to design, manufacture, and launch our own eco-friendly, ethically-certified, and carbon neutral clothing brand by 2025. Just about everything except cacao pods and coffee beans: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, GPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, JCB, elo, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. All transactions submitted through our website are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties.

Yes! During checkout, you can add your message into the text box “Sending as a gift? Add your message here to the lucky recipient:”

An estimated shipping timeline will be listed before you confirm/pay for your purchase. For every order, we will send two emails. One email will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second email will confirm that your order has been shipped which will also include a carrier tracking number.

Every item is specifically created for you. Once an order is placed, production takes 2-6 business days.

If you need to change details on your order such as size or color, please contact us at support@breatheandflow.org. Usually, we can make a change if we are a day or more away from printing. However, once the order has been printed, we are unable to make any size changes nor give any refunds.


If you've received a Shipping Method Error upon checking out that states: 

"Some items in your cart can't be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."

Then the solution is one of these two things:

  1. You are attempting to ship either the beanie or the hoodie to the USA. As mentioned in the product description, these items can't be shipped there. We are working on finding a production warehouse in the USA that can make them but in the meantime, it's not economically advisable to send a single piece of clothing across the ocean so we aren't offering the option. To fix this error message and finish your checkout with other items, simply remove the beanie/hoodie from your cart.
  2. You entered in an incorrect zip code as this is cross checked in the system before an order is confirmed.
  • Gift cards (a unique code) will be automatically emailed to the email address input at checkout.
  • If a customer partially uses their gift certificate in one transaction, the remaining balance will be automatically updated and available via the same code.
  • Gift cards may only be redeemed at the Breathe and Flow Online Shop.
  • Gift cards are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift cards will be capable of use for multiple transactions but incapable to be reloaded or topped up.
  • Breathe and Flow does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • If an order is made using a gift certificate and is then cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift certificate will be refunded as an online store credit only.
  • Gift certificate purchases may be subject to security checks from time to time, resulting in a longer processing time.
  • Only one discount code may be applied per order.
  • Codes do not apply to gift card purchases, shipping charges, taxes, or other fees.
  • Codes may or may not apply to sale items.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered.
  • To qualify for free shipping, the final product total (after any discount codes are applied) must be more than $100 USD.
  • Each code is identified by a different code which has different rewards and expiration dates.
  • To redeem the discount, the claimant types the discount code into the promotional box in the booking field of the Breathe and Flow shop website during checkout and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase.
  • Discounts may not be claimed after the order is submitted. If the claimant fails to enter the discount code at the time of purchase, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount.
  • If a code is used and an entire booking (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled at a later stage by the claimant, the coupon will no longer be valid.
  • Breathe and Flow reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

We will issue refunds for orders that are damaged or defective (e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, manufacturing damage of the garment, etc). If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase at support@breatheandflow.org.

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an email with details about your order immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us ASAP at support@breatheandflow.org to see if we still have time to update your order before it goes into production.

We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or wrong. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@breatheandflow.org within a week of receiving your order with photos of the damaged / wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Bummer to hear it didn’t work out for you. Unfortunately, our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse so we will not be able to issue you a refund for the order. All our orders are printed on-demand, so we would not be able to take your return and resell it.

Since everything is created on-demand, we cannot exchange your order for a different color or size. Please be sure to check out the sizing chart and take a look at the sample pictures before ordering to ensure you pick the appropriate size.

Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that is the case, please let us know at support@breatheandflow.org within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.


You will receive a carrier tracking link via email when your order ships out.

Usually, it takes 2–6 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 3–4 business days

Europe: 6–8 business days

Australia: 2–14 business days

Japan: 4–8 business days

International: 10–20 business days

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during the holiday season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. The carrier tracking information is included with every order and will be emailed out once the order has been shipped.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to fluctuate until things get back to normal. There are delays in the supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Depends on where the order is being shipped to. We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide! 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 

Be mindful that certain events (COVID, customs, postal strikes, weather, etc.) may impact shipping times.

On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high quality standard. 
  • The order contains 12 or more items.

You can request a reshipment of your order by confirming that the shipping address was accurate and complete. If the address was correct, then the Breathe and Flow team will cover the cost of the reship. If the address was your error, then you will cover the shipping costs. Please email support@breatheandflow.org to assist. 

All the shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it is past the estimated delivery date and you still have not received your order, the package might be lost in transit. If the package still has not arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date at support@breatheandflow.org with your order number.

We have no control over how shipping carriers deliver packages. Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at the address so it’s worth checking around. We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors. You can place a new manual order to have it reshipped at your expense.
